HeyDavet is a platform for a single-link digital invitation and event site for weddings. Guests RSVP without creating an account, and share photos and videos by scanning a QR code; once approved by the host, this content comes together on a shared Memory Wall. The invitation can be easily shared via WhatsApp.

What is a digital wedding invitation?
It's a personal web page that brings together your wedding's date, venue, schedule, map, and RSVP details in a single link. On HeyDavet, this page also collects guest photos via QR code and turns into a memory wall after the wedding.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Your invitation opens in a browser; your guests can access all the details, RSVP, and upload photos without downloading an app or creating an account.
How do we track RSVP responses?
In your dashboard you see, in one list, who is attending, how many people they bring and which ceremonies they chose.
How do guests upload their photos and videos?
Guests scan the QR code on the tables with their phone camera, then choose and upload a photo or video from the page that opens. They do not need an account. Guest uploads are included in the Premium and Signature packages.
Can we add more than one ceremony?
Yes. Each ceremony — henna night, wedding ceremony, reception, dinner, after party, and so on — is added with its own date, time, and venue; guests choose which ones they'll attend when they RSVP.
Can we share the invitation over WhatsApp?
Yes. Your invitation is a single link that you can share via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. The link stays the same even when you update your details.
Are uploaded photos visible to everyone right away?
No. Every uploaded photo and video first goes to you for approval; only what you approve gets published on the memory wall.
How do I get started with HeyDavet?
Create your account for free and verify your e-mail address; you can start right away, with no manual approval. Online package purchase is opening soon.
Which packages include the Memory Wall, and how long does it stay online?
The Memory Wall and guest uploads are part of the Premium and Signature packages. After the wedding date your site stays online for 90 days with Premium and 365 days with Signature (30 days with Basic, which does not include the Memory Wall).
