HeyDavet and the digital invitation
- What is HeyDavet?
- HeyDavet is a digital event platform that brings together digital wedding invitations, RSVP tracking, and QR-based guest memory collection in one place.
- Do I need to create an account to make my invitation?
- Yes, a quick sign-up is all it takes. You create your account for free and verify your email address — no manual approval, you can start right away.
RSVP and guest attendance
- Do guests need to create an account to RSVP?
- No. Guests confirm their attendance through the invitation link without creating an account.
- How do I track RSVP responses?
- You can see all responses in your dashboard and export them as CSV.
QR-based photo and video upload
- Do guests need to download an app to upload?
- No. Scanning the QR code opens a page in the browser; no app downloads or account creation needed.
- Is there a limit on how much can be uploaded?
- Yes, an upper limit applies per event; if you need more, you can contact us.
Memory Wall and moderation
- Is content uploaded by guests published automatically?
- No. Every uploaded photo, video, and message appears on the Memory Wall only after the host approves it.
- How long does the Memory Wall stay accessible after the wedding?
- After the wedding date the site stays online for 90 days with Premium and 365 days with Signature. The Memory Wall is not part of the Basic package.
Packages and purchasing
- How can I purchase a package?
- Packages are bought with a one-time payment from your account; once your payment is verified, you receive the right to create 1 invitation. See the pricing page for current availability and prices.
- How is package access provided?
- Once your payment is verified, the right is added to your account automatically; your package becomes active when you create your invitation. No manual step is needed.
Privacy and content management
- How is my data processed?
- Your personal data is processed under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK); full details are available on the Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice pages.
- Can content I haven't approved be published?
- No. Guest uploads appear on the Memory Wall only with your approval.
Printed invitations
- Can I purchase a physical (printed) invitation?
- We're working on printed invitation options that carry the same design language as your digital invitation. This feature isn't available yet.
Technical usage
- Do I need a special app to share the invitation?
- No. The invitation is a web page, shared as a single link through channels like WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
- Does the invitation display properly on mobile devices?
- Yes. Invitation pages are designed mobile-first.
